We’re looking for a highly collaborative, customer-centric, and operationally super efficient PO to join our collocated team here at Future Lab.
You’ll be a champion of Agile methodologies, leading change management efforts by demonstrating the benefits of Agile practices and customer-centric design.
This role requires an ability to challenge resistance to change tactfully while cultivating an innovative mindset within both of the organisations.
Your role as a Product Owner in our setup plays a pivotal role in defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Pasha Insurance’s strategic objectives and transformation goals.
Closely working with the Future Lab team initially, you’ll act as a catalyst for shifting mental models within Pasha Insurance, promoting a digital-first mindset and fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation.
You will co-own the product initially, working closely with the Future Lab Product Owner who will set the strategic direction. We expect you to work with the client stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and challenges, collaboratively translating these into actionable product requirements with the Future Lab PO for the broader Future Lab x Pasha Insurance team.
In time, you’ll transition to become the primary liaison between the client and development teams, ensuring continuous alignment and adaptability to evolving priorities.
